How to Claim the Refund / Exchange?

In case of failure your money is fully secure by examprogress Guarantee Policy. Before claiming the guarantee all downloaded products must be deleted and all copies of examprogress Products must be destroyed.

To claim examprogress Refund/Exchange Policy you must submit the Examination Score Report in PDF format within 7 days of Test and a filled in Refund Form Or Exchange Form to info@examsprogress.com. Billing Team will then verify the authenticity of documents submitted and arrange the refund within 7 days after receiving the email and confirmation process*.

For those who give up the right of claiming refund and want to exchange it for another training product. examprogress Offers Two Free Exam Training Products as compensation including original Purchase.

* This guarantee applies only to single-user licenses purchased directly from examprogress.

In What Situation Can I Claim The Refund?

Full Refund is valid for any examprogress Testing Engine Purchase where user fails the corresponding exam within 30 days from the date of purchase of Exam. Product Exchange is valid for customers who claim guarantee within 90 days from date of purchase. Customer can contact examprogress to claim this guarantee and get full refund at info@examsprogress.com. Exam failures that occur before the purchasing date are not qualified for claiming guarantee. The refund request should be submitted within 7 days after exam failure

Note: The money-back-guarantee is not applicable on following cases:

  • Failure within 7 days after the purchase date. examprogress highly recommends the candidates a study time of 7 days to prepare for the exam with examprogress study material, any failures cases within 7 days of purchase are rejected because in-sufficient study of exampasser materials.

  • Wrong purchase. examsprogress.com will not entertain any claims once the incorrect product is Downloaded and Installed.

  • Free exam. (No matter failed or wrong choice)

  • Expired order(s). (Out of 90 days from the purchase date)

  • Retired exam. (For customers who use our current product to attend the exam which is already retired.)

  • All Study Guides. Audio Exams and Labs Preparations are not covered by Guarantee so no claim can be made against them.

  • Hard copies only. (Hard copies are provided as an additional service. It has the same content with test engine and not sold separately. So the money back guarantee does not cover the hard copies.)

  • Products on sale. (Products that are sold at a reduced price; or given for free)

  • Different names. (Candidate's name is different from payer's name.)

  • The refund option is not valid for Bundles and guarantee can thus not be claimed on Bundle purchases.

  • Outdated Exam Products. For customers who use our outdated Products to attend the Exam which is already updated by examprogress Team; we will not entertain any Claims.

  • Guarantee policy does not apply on any package of Unlimited Access i.e. 3 months, 6 months or 12 months.

  • If other cases that are not on the list appear, Examsprogress.com Reserves Final Interpretation Rights.
